The relationship between nationality and leadership style

An interesting article by Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic on the relationship between nationality and leadership style.  The study compared Hogan MVPI results for over 11,000 European Managers and Executives across seven European countries.   The results are a useful reminder to consider potential cultural differences when working in international teams.  Team members from other cultures may have different expectations of their leaders and co-workers.  See the article here.
